How could you explain this? Funny? Playful? Refined? Foolish? Harmless? Any of your choice is considered right! But all I know this is a silly quote!

When we speak of silly, it means foolish. It shows the lack of good sense and wisdom. Showing irresponsible behavior. It may be weak or harmless. It can also be playful or giggly, it can imply ridiculous or irrational behavior that demonstrates the lack of common sense, good judgment, or sobriety .

The quote above is one of the examples of a silly love quotes which is widely use as an expression of love. But how can we define the word love? The first thing that comes in our mind when we hear the word love is merely attraction. But it is a word with different meaning to different people in different places. But let me define it as a strong, ineffable feeling towards the opposite sex. It represents a range of human emotions and experiences related to the sense of affection and sexual attraction. It refers to a variety of feeling, state and attitude, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction.

Love can be expresses in different ways. It depends on how the person understands about it and on how he or she expresses it. It may often vary on traditions and belief of a certain community. Anthropologists such as Claude Levi-Strauss show that there are complex forms of courtship in ancient as well as contemporary primitive societies . Love is often expressed by making love letter, sending chocolates and flowers, courting at home, offering services to the family, sending love quotes to your love one and a lot more.

But how could one manage to make a silly love quote? Is it to attract someone? Just to make fun? or it's just simply his own way to be different? For what ever reason stated above, there is one thing for sure, it was made with purpose. Made by someone who has intention to make his or her quotes something unique. It is their way of expressing how they feel. For them to be recognized. But in some ways it is because they don't have something with good sense in their mind. Writing with out wisdom, so they end up making silly love quotes. What a waste if that was their only reason. But sometimes it maybe considered an art.
